The Opportunity
Lounsbury Furniture in Miramichi is looking for a parttime Warehouse Operator and Delivery Driver.
In this role you will load and unload trucks assemble and move products within the store and in a customers home and prepare orders for delivery.
If you are friendly polite and strong then this is the position for you!
Hours of work are:
Mondays: 8am to 12pm
Thursdays: 8am to 12pm
Saturdays: 8am to 5pm
You may be required to work more hours to cover vacation time.

Responsibilities
- Picks packs and prepares orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Assemble and move product within the store and in a customers home
- Housekeeping and cleaning of warehouse area as required
- Works as part of a team to provide a great work experience in the warehouse
- Local and regional travel is required for deliveries
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- This is a Position of Trust and a Criminal Record Check is required.
- Must have a valid drivers license and a clear drivers abstract
- Must have steeltoed safety boots
- Ability to engage in physical activities and manual labor as required including but not limited to prolonged standing walking lifting pushing pulling and bending
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and up to 100lbs with another person
