About the Job:
This role is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving the growth and development of Capcos Data & Analytics consulting practice within the Financial Services sector. This role requires a visionary leader who can leverage existing relationships industry expertise and technological innovation to expand Capcos market presence develop a strong pipeline and lead successful engagements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a gotomarket strategy for data consulting overseeing client relationships and leading a team of skilled professionals to deliver transformational solutions. This role requires deep expertise in data transformation and modernization cloud/hyperscaler computing artificial intelligence data analytics and regulatory technology within financial and professional services organizations with specificity in one or more of the following FS domain areas: Banking & Payments Capital Markets Wealth & Asset Management and Insurance.
What Youll Get to Do:
- Build keystakeholder and buyer relationships and pipeline to expand Capcos Data & Analytics consulting business across the east coast region identifying and capitalizing on market trends in financial and professional services.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with senior executives and decisionmakers in banking insurance capital markets energy and professional services firms to understand their data and technology needs.
- Drive opportunity origination and pursuit developing tailored value propositions sales collateral and winning proposals for technologydriven engagements.
- Define and implement innovative technology solutions in areas such as cloud migration AIdriven analytics data security & privacy data management/governance and data strategy.
- Represent Capco as a thought leader at industry conferences author white papers and participate in key industry forums to enhance brand presence.
- Ensure client engagements are executed with excellence maintaining high standards of quality compliance and innovation.
What Youll Bring With You:
- Bachelors degree required; advanced degree (MBA MS) in Data Science Technology or Business preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of consulting experience within Financial Services and/or Professional Services with a strong focus on datadriven transformation and technology strategy.
- Proven expertise in the following areas:
- Cloud & Digital Transformation (AWS Azure Google Cloud hybrid cloud architectures)
- AI & Machine Learning (predictive analytics generative AI automation)
- Data Management & Analytics (big data data lakes realtime analytics data visualization)
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements industry trends and business challenges within financial services and professional services sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage highperforming teams foster a culture of innovation and drive business growth.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in presenting to Csuite executives.
- Willingness to travel up to 50 within the U.S. as required for client engagements and business development efforts.
