A leading law firm is seeking a teamoriented Real Estate Attorneywith at least 2 years of experience to join its Cleveland OHoffice. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex real estate transactions including acquisitions dispositions financing and commercial office leasing. Ideal candidates should have a strong foundation in real estate law excellent attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team.
Candidate Parameters
- 2 years of experience in real estate law
- Experience handling acquisition disposition financing and leasing matters
- Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills
- Ability to work effectively in teamoriented environments
