To support this were looking for a Data Analyst to be based at our Gniezno Production Plant. This person will become part of our international team in contributing to our digital transformation journey forward.
If you are a skilled individual who is motivated to engage with numbers of data challenges within supply chain in the dominant slope roof window manufacturing company we might have a match.
Your Tasks:
- Collaborate with the Digital Product Owner team to ensure highquality data deliveries during agile sprint executions.
- Design and deliver actionable dashboards and reports for monitoring and control based on real time and historical data.
- Identify and analyse data quality issues and make recommendations for longterm remediation to improve data reliability and usability.
- Act as a trusted data advisor for digital transformation projects offering insights and guidance to the users.
- Take the initiative to recognize define and rank data challenges guaranteeing they are resolved promptly.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams and internal production companies to establish a global standardized reporting approach that spans from the shop floor to top management level.
- Act as a bridge between data engineers and supply chain processes (production logistics and quality) supporting the continuous development of datadriven performance.
Key qualifications:
- Degree in Data Science Engineering Computer Science or related field.
- 34 years of relevant experience within supply chain or support functions.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex information making it understandable for people with various technical backgrounds.
- Proficient analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets and present clear actionable insights using SQL or Python R.
- Advanced skills in dashboard and report development using Power BI or any other visualization tools.
- Genuine interest in understanding data and telling its story to enable better decisionmaking.
- Experience in a global organization especially in supply chain.
- Willingness to travel for business (approximately 2030 days annually).
