Sharpen your skills while gaining insight into the insurance industry. During our 10 week paid internship youll work on meaningful projects alongside diverse and highly skilled professionals as well as widely known leaders in a nonvertical structure that has learning and development in its DNA.
As a Risk Consulting Intern you will join a specific team to learn about their functions and the critical work they do in managing and mitigating risks for our clients. This opportunity allows you to develop new skills gain handson experience and interact with technical specialists and company management which will be crucial for your future career development. You will also participate in various intern events and activities to broaden your understanding of our business.

What will your essential responsibilities include
- Gain Insight into Risk Consulting:Understand the role of risk consultants in identifying analyzing and mitigating risks for clients across various industries.
- Develop Client Skills:Engage with clients to understand their needs and assist in delivering tailored risk management solutions.
- Data Analysis:Utilize data analysis skills to support risk assessments and contribute to the development of risk management strategies.
- Complete a CrossFunctional Team Project:Collaborate with team members on a project that culminates in a final presentation to Senior Leadership showcasing your findings and recommendations.
- Network with Leaders:Build relationships with leaders across the enterprise to enhance your professional connections and understanding of the business.
- Engage in a Collaborative Environment:Work in a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial setting that encourages innovative thinking and problemsolving.
You will report to Regional Engineering Lead.

The U.S. pay range for this position is USD 23/Hour. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individuals skills experience and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues pay.
