Job Description
Job Summary:
Whites Auto Mall is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual for a fulltime Janitorial/Maintenance position at our location in Hopkinsville Kentucky. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facility in order to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and employees. The Janitorial/Maintenance position is an individual contributor role within the Auto industry and the compensation for this position is $15 per hour paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain all areas of the facility including customer waiting areas restrooms offices and service bay areas
Empty trash replace liners and dispose of waste
Maintain inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed
Dust and wipe down all surfaces including windows counters and furniture
Mop and vacuum floors on a regular basis
Clean and disinfect high touch surfaces such as door handles and countertops
Notify management of any repairs or maintenance needed
Assist with maintaining grounds and outdoor areas
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure a clean organized and functional facility
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior janitorial or maintenance experience preferred
Knowledge of cleaning products equipment and techniques
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Good communication and time management skills
Must be able to work days evenings and weekends as needed
