The Program Security Manager will help develop implement and manage a highperforming security program that ensures compliance with all regulatory and government policies. This role will have oversight of all aspects of Industrial Security ensuring alignment with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP). As the Program Security Manager you are the primary point of contact for all security matters supporting multiple programs and Sub Strategic Business Units (SSBU). This role requires a proactive approach to security risk management and a commitment to safeguarding personnel assets and classified information. You will have had experience managing programs or projects with a portfolio value of $100 million or more.

What You Will Do

  • Develop implement and maintain a comprehensive industrial security program in accordance with government regulations (e.g. NISPOM Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) Special Access Program (SAP) Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and company policies.
  • Independently execute security measures required for compliance with applicable requirements of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and related government directives and serve as a Raytheon security representative at all relevant program meetings and functions.
  • Assist in the investigation of security violations and prepare reports specifying corrective action to be taken and detailing procedures to deter future occurrences.
  • Conduct internal security reviews and audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Responsible for comprehensive management of program security budget and expenditures from proposal to closure.
  • Serve as the Designated Government Representative (DGR) and ensure compliance to Defense Service Procurement (DSP) licenses and procedures.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Bachelors degree and 8 years relevant security experience OR absence of a degree 12 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience as a Program Security Manager Industrial Security Manager Contractor Program Security Officer Facility Security Officer
  • Experience managing programs or projects with a portfolio value of $100 million or more

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Previous experience as Designated Government Representative (DGR)
  • Experience with Security Executive Agent Directive 3 (SEAD 3
  • Completed related training and/or certification with DCSA and/or CDSE
  • Experience with SCIF accreditation and maintenance

The salary range for this role is 112000 USD 224000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.
