Interra is presently seeking a motivated Operations Manager to join the ranks of its Global Operations Team.
What Youll Do
As Manager of Operations you will:
- Lead and manage the daytoday operations of Interra Mexico with authoritative control and precision.
- Oversee order and personnel management ensuring efficiency and collaboration across teams.
- Ensure all shipments are delivered on time within budget and meet quality standards.
- Conduct audits on orders ensuring adherence to internal procedures and maintaining contract accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate effectively with upper management other departments business units and external vendors to guarantee operational success.
- Play a pivotal role in driving process improvements and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in management transportation international business supply chain and/or related field.
- 3 years of people management experience.
- 5 years of relevant experience in imports logistics of trades international multimodal transportation contract management or international supply chain.
- Required Language Abilities: Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
