Were a modern missiondriven therapy practice helping people heal grow and thrive. As we continue to expand were looking for a PartTime Care Coordinator to join our client services team.
Position Summary
This parttime role supports intake client communication and scheduling while helping to ensure no one slips through the cracks. Youll also be responsible for verifying insurance benefits handling basic billing questions and supporting our client collections process. Youll work closely with our fulltime Care Coordinator and crossfunctionally with our billing and leadership teams.
Responsibilities
Youll help create a seamless client experience by:
- Responding to new client inquiries via phone email and web form
- Following up with prospective clients who havent scheduled
- Contacting clients on our waitlist when appointments open
- Scheduling sessions and managing appointment overflow
- Verifying insurance benefits and documenting clearly for billing
- Assisting with billing questions and payment reminders (training provided)
- Supporting our client collections process in a friendly respectful manner
- Sending intake paperwork and appointment reminders
- Checking voicemail texts and portal messages during your shift
- Providing phone backup (e.g. during lunch breaks)
- Tracking outreach conversions and followup metrics
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in medical behavioral health or frontdesk admin preferred
- Excellent communicatorkind clear and calm under pressure
- Comfortable discussing insurance and billing (well train you!
- Techsavvy and organizedEHR or CRM experience is a plus
- Discreet and professional with confidential info
- Flexible curious and ready to learnwell crosstrain you
