As a member of RSMs Application Development and Integration (AppDev) team you will be key to helping our clients along the digital transformation journey with advanced software enhancements and integrations. The AppDev team is responsible for designing development and deploying those solutions in a way which provides the maximum value to our clients while also ensuring that the delivered approach will be supportable into the future.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with clients and other RSM teams to develop solutions that provide the best return on investment leveraging new and existing client IT applications and platforms
Maintain a high level of ownership for assigned projects and see work through to completion based on agreed timelines
Create and deliver technical requirements documentation for custom software and/or integrations
Leading Scrum meetings for development team
Performing billable client work including but not limited to application development solution support requirements gathering architecture/design and API integration
Serve as a mentor and trainer to others primarily in technical aspects
Qualifications
2 or 4 year degree in Management Systems Engineering Computer Science or relevant work experience
6 years of experience building web and/or mobile applications with Microsoft .NET JavaScriptbased development frameworks (such as Vue Angular or React) and SQL Server databases.
Experience leading development efforts including backlog grooming task delegation and code reviews
Travel expectations less than 10
Preferred Qualifications
A strong work ethic paired with excellent communication troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps concepts
Understanding of web service architectures
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Experience participating in or leading Scrum meetings
Experience with Microsoft Azure

At RSM an employees pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including but not limited to education skills work experience certifications location etc. As such pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $97700 $196400Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
