SUMMARY:
Established group newest open hot spot restaurants in Jacksonville area high energy casual is looking for a strong practical experience AGM.
Hospitality first elevated F&B multirevenue center. Strong service & beverage acumen required. SOP & topline focused proven record of financial excelling in a standalone restaurant group. Passion for training and develop.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer interaction guest experience and overall customer service
- Oversee guide and lead FOH staff including scheduling development and training.
- Food & beverage quality and safety
- Ensure that each shift is run in a smooth manner as well as having the ability to handle any unexpected problems or emergencies that may arise.
- Conduct daily preshift meetings staff meetings including one on one meetings
- Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of the restaurant areas and equipment to protect the business comply with regulations and ensure quality service.
- Ability to be on feet during entire shift interacting with guests kitchen bar and table touching all areas.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous Sales volume experience must be at a minimum of $4MM Yr
- Minimum 2 to 5 years as a manager in a fullservice restaurant
- Track record of success in previous positions demonstrating upward career tracking
- Strong communication skills
- Customer Service focused and oriented.
- Must be dependable reliable and motivated. With an outgoing personality and the ability to develop relationships and assist in leading others
- Able to work ten hourplus shifts with extensive standing/walking
- Previous Italian restaurant experience preferred
