Aztrum is pleased to be working with a wellestablished practice that have exciting accelerating growth plans in 2025. My client specialise in a number of different sectors but are looking for an experienced all rounded Architectural Designer to work within their Hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Designer role:
- Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative architectural projects ensuring alignment with client needs aesthetic goals and functional requirements.
- Oversee projects from initial brief through to completion including site visits managing timelines and ensuring projects stay within budget.
- To work across RIBA Stages 07.
- Work closely with internal teams including designers engineers and project managers to ensure seamless communication and project coordination.
- Present design concepts provide updates and address feedback from clients to ensure their vision is fully realized.
- Advanced design tools and software in AutoCAD to create detailed 3D models and architectural drawings.
- Incorporate sustainable building practices into designs ensuring environmentally responsible solutions in all projects.
Qualifications for this Architectural Designer role:
- Experience within the Hospitality sector or having worked on large scale projects.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field.
- Licensed Architect (or working toward licensure).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of building codes regulations and construction processes.
