You support sourcing for spend categoriesincluding sourcing and stakeholder managementto maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. You also work closely with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing and driving value for the organization.

How you will contribute

You will take the lead in creating value through innovation and productivity programs all while ensuring compliance with policies strategies and processes. In addition you will lead in the development and deployment of sourcing strategies and the ongoing management of supplier relationships manage the supply base working internal and external stakeholders to ensure Mondelz Internationals competitive advantage completely build a program with the business and suppliers that incorporates best practices market insights risks and opportunities and set a clear vision for various areas defining and delivering ambitious plans that encourage teams and stakeholders to engage not just in the destination but also in the journey.

• Proven experience in negotiating contract review supplier management principles and project management
• Business and financials and an understanding of how procurement brings financial value to the overall profit and loss

• Organizational agility influencing stakeholders and interacting effectively with senior leaders based on a deep understanding of business priorities

What you need to know about this position: This position would manage two direct reports.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop implement and manage regional procurement category strategies for marketing and sales suppliers.

• Support the implementation of the Global & Regional Procurement strategy.

• Negotiate review and maintain all Master Service Agreements (MSA) within areas of defined spend responsibility.

• Identify and implement cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to select the best suppliers with the most cost effective and/or valueadded solutions.

• Ensure compliance with Global Buying Policy and adherence to KPIs.

• Actively managing Supplier Relationships.

Education / Certifications: Bachelors Degree in business / marketing or equivalent.

Job specific requirements: 10 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing.

Work schedule: From Monday to Friday. Hybrid model 23 days at office).

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $137300 $188825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and budget. In addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our longterm incentive program.
