Job Description
Location:Hiley Subaru
Position Type:Fulltime
Potential Earnings:Up to $150Kannually with performancebased incentives!
Experience Level:Experience is a plus but if youre passionate and driven well train the right person!
What Youll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for customers helping them with their vehicle needs and concerns
- Provide detailed estimates and explain the repair process in a friendly and clear manner
- Work closely with our technicians to ensure efficient and accurate service
- Keep customers updated and guide them through each step of the service process
- Deliver a toptier customer experience that keeps them coming back
What Were Looking For:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A positive cando attitude with a knack for solving problems
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while keeping customers happy
- Previous experience in customer service or as a Service Advisor is a bonus
- Subaru knowledge is a plus but not requiredwell train you!
