Job Description
We are seeking a techsavvy resultsdriven CAD/ BIM and Engineer Recruiter to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for identifying and engaging toptier talent in the AEC spaceincluding CAD Designers AutoCAD Draftsmen BIM Coordinators and Mechanical/ Civil Engineersfor primarily offshore roles. The ideal candidate is a proactive gogetter and leverages modern recruiting technology including AIdriven ATS tools. This is a highpriority position and were looking to fill it as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own fullcycle recruiting for technical roles in CAD BIM Mechanical Civil and Structural engineering.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn job boards internal databases and AIbased sourcing tools.
- Screen interview and evaluate candidates for both technical skill and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the ATS.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Stay informed of industry trends in AEC talent and hiring practices.
Qualifications:
- 47 years of experience in technical recruitment preferably with a focus on AEC roles (CAD BIM Engineering).
- Proven track record of filling hardtofill roles in a highvolume environment.
- Proficiency in using ATS platformsexperience with AIpowered sourcing or screening tools is a strong plus.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- A selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced remote work environment.
- Comfortable working across different time zones and cultures.
