Job Description

Join the Urgent Care team as a Parttime 30 hours/week) Washington State credentialed Medical AssistantCertified at Salmon Creek 2!

In this role you will room patients take manual vitals and operate an automated BP machine collect data and report in the EMR and manage the MA inbasket for requests. You will need clinical skills to complete ear lavage EKG sterile setup injections immunizations swabbing phlebotomy. Must have ability to wear mask all day and an N95 in cases where protocol directs.

Available Schedules:

(will transition to schedule after successful completion of training to include varying weekday/weekend shifts)

  • Thursday Friday and Saturday 12:30pm to 11:30pm 3 10hour shifts) **$3000 Hire Bonus Available**

  • Sunday Monday and Tuesday 6:30am to 5:30pm 3 10hour shifts) **$2500 Hire Bonus Available**

Hiring range starts at $21.71/hour and increases based on an evaluation of experience. Differentials Available: Saturday/Sunday $2.50/hour) and Evening $3.00/hour).

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program required.

  • Certification from national certifying entity (AAMA NCCT AMT NHA etc. required

  • Current Washington State Medical AssistantCertified credential required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire required.

  • Current healthcare provider BLS required.

**Bonus awarded is prorated by FTE and subject to repayment terms and applicable tax withholding. Eligible new hires only.

Pay Range:

$21.28 $29.78

PTO and Personal Time accruals are prorated by FTE/hours worked. Nonbenefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
