To manage the performance of services to clients 24 x 7 365 days per year) and ensure that service levels are achieved in line with SLAs and customer satisfaction. Responsible for the entire gamut of ATM FLM operations which includes dispatch of calls FLM Call follow up Centralized open call followup with respective vendors for FLM & SLM services. Role involves active monitoring of ATM machines across multiple states Take action track activity and drive engineers to ATM break down calls for resolution. Coordinating with Bank & CIT agency for smooth working of process which include Dispatched of calls followup and coordination with respective vendor till closer of issue. Maintaining healthy relations with external & internal customers by managing their requirements and provide necessary support over phone call and email as per the process requirement. Preparing Open call Reports for the customer which includes last activity performed with ETA and support required from vendor / Customer and work progress till resolution. Update status of Faulty ATM activities in CRM tool.
