Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome trade show attendees.
- Engage with visitors answer basic inquiries and direct them to appropriate team members.
- Maintain a professional approach that aligns with our brand image.
- Ensure the environment remains tidy and inviting; assist with light setup or organization as needed.
- Collect contact information and feedback from attendees as directed.
- Represent the company with enthusiasm confidence and a welcoming demeanor throughout the event.
Requirements
- Naturally approachable and easy to engage with.
- Ability to connect with people quickly and convey a positive impression.
- Punctual and reliable for the duration of the event.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic trade show environment.
- Comfortable standing walking and bending for extended periods.
- Prior experience in customer service hospitality or event hosting is a plus but not required.
