WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO US
This key role of Accounting Assistant(Seasonal)will be responsible for various administrative duties including but not limited to supporting the accounting team including accounts payable entry reconciling and upload into the business system customer service and reception.
- Enrolled in postsecondary education in a related field (Accounting Accounting Technician Business Administration) would be an asset
- Experience in an office environment would be an asset
- Customer service experience
- Prior knowledge and experience using information systems and data entry
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word Excel Outlook etc)
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work independently in a fastpaced disruptive environment
