Salary Range:In compliance with Colorados Equal Pay for Equal Work Act the salary range for this role is$130000 $140000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates relevant work experience skills certifications and location
Additional Compensation:This position is eligible for an endofyear bonus.

About the role:
Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer youll lead our Human Resources teamHR pros and tech recruitersthrough a thrilling surge of rapid growth with bold tactics and brilliant strategy. Your mission Deliver worldclass HR support to keep our team engaged productive and scaling fast. This is an inoffice role working sidebyside with our exceptional team in Colorado Springs as we rocket toward 250 team members and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR
- Align human resources with our longterm business goals fostering trust by ensuring every talent strategy reflects Bluestaqs vision.
- In partnership with the recruiting team lead talent sourcing and recruiting with surgical precisiontargeted outreach that lands toptier talent who embody curiosity and stick with us.
- Shape growth and leadership tracks blending tech talks and mentorship into a culture that keeps our talent ahead of the curve through relentless curiosity and guidance.
- Deliver actionable HR metrics and management reports to execsno guesswork just data that powers growth and builds trust in our strategic decisions.
- Spot trends like retention risks and hiring bottlenecks with datadriven curiosity fueling strategic planning and sharp decisions that showcase ownership in keeping Bluestaq ahead.
- Partner with Engineering Program Management and Operations Leadership to shape and steer career progression by defining promotion workflows succession planning and tracking growth in HRISpaving clear roads to success through teamwork for the Bluestaq talent pool.

- Build training programs (grants in our arsenal) that sharpen tech skills leadership grit and people managementmentoring our talent to own their growth and empower the team.

- Support workforce planning to scale us to 250 team members keeping our HRIS flawless and our recruiting game irresistible.

- Stay ahead of compliance curves aligning with labor laws and best practices with Bluestaq values so our ownership keeps us always in the clear.

Responsive HR

Required Qualifications:
- 7 years in HR with 3 years leading teams in a 200 employee environmenttech or highgrowth experience earns bonus points for talent that thrives here.
- A creative problemsolver and coach who turns HR headaches into opportunities with curiosity and mentorship at the core.
- Expertise in recruiting onboarding benefits and performance systemsextra credit for tech HR savvy that spots and nurtures top talent.

Required Education:
Bachelors degree with 7 years of Human Resources experience or an Associate degree with 9 years (including 3 years leading teams) or a High School Diploma with 11 years (including 5 years in a leadership role).
Clearance Requirement: This position requires the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance. To be eligible for a security clearance US Citizenship is required and an employee must agree to participate in a background screen and credit check.
