In this pivotal role you will be responsible for the leading the Logistics Team and driving performance to ensure we have the right part at the right time at the right location. We seeking an experienced logistics professional who has high energy a passion for people management and mentoring to teams to achieve success.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the team ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service with a focus on cost effectiveness for the movement of parts
• Build and maintain strong effective working relationships with within the wider Supply Chain team and across Technical Services
• Instil a national focus within the team with a culture that is underpinned by Tabcorp Values
• People management across the team to drive inspire and energise the team to achieve great results
• Regular coaching and feedback to team members backed on their strategically aligned KPIs
• Support national streamlined purchasing and inventory management processes in our warehouses

What youll bring

• Previous experience in a fast paced service delivery business with experience and knowledge of reverse Logistics.
• Excellent proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and bring the best out of your team.
• Strong communication skills including interpersonal negotiation influencing verbal and written.
• High energy with the ability to work in a fast paced client centric environment.
• Resultsoriented; able to work in a multitask environment managing multiple priorities while delivering results.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the needs associated with working in an industry with significant regulatory constraints.
• A creative and innovative thinker and problem solver
• Ability to prioritise and manage your time to achieve maximum results.
