Job Description
Summit is looking for a skilled Electrical Foreman to lead our electrical crews on construction projects in the Seward area. If youre a licensed journeyman who thrives in leadership values quality and safety and wants to work with a team thats got your back we want to hear from you.

Position: Electrical Foreman
What youll do:
- Supervise schedule and support electrical crews onsite
- Perform electrical installations and ensure code compliance
- Manage materials and equipment for job efficiency
- Ensure jobsite safety and cleanliness at all times
- Conduct inspections and maintain quality standards
- Lead by example and reinforce a positive hardworking team culture
What Were Looking For:
Must Have:
- Nebraska Electrical Journeyman License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Excel and Teams
- 3 years of field experience
Preferred:
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Class A CDL
