Job Description
ULTRA MOBILE is seeking a talented Associate Creative Accountto join the Marketing Team in Costa Mesa CA! Individual reports to Sr. Manager Creative Account. Role is hybrid.
This role is a hybrid opportunity that requires a local commutable distance to the HQ Costa Mesa CA office as needed.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Creative Account Associate youll assist in planning and navigating timelines with clients across
multiple brands.
Your usual day of awesomeness includes:
- Lead a wide variety of creative projects across multiple brands and channels (printed POPbranded swag social blogs emails display ads etc. from start to finish includingestablishing timelines monitoring progress and delivering assets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced highimpact environment.
- Initiate problemsolving with internal crossfunctional teams including Marketing Sales
Supply Chain PMO and Product as well as external vendors and partners. - Lead and collaborate with the internal agency facilitating timely approvals on all copydesign and creative work and managing daytoday escalations.
- Lead creative accountrelated project meetings (kickoffs WIP meetings creative reviewsetc. and communicate action steps and updates to the broader team.
- Coordinate with external vendors to research source and produce exciting brandedmerchandise for our Mint Underground Store Employee Store and social activations.
- Assist in coordinating large scale social brand activations. Support marketing partners by:ensuring all creative deadlines are met and requests are accurately fulfilled sourcing avariety of vendors (custom fabrications signage out of home swag etc. maintaining aproject budget and QCing all production items.
- Coordinate internal translation process with our Senior Creative Account Manager.
- Assist with project reporting as needed.
- Own Creative Budget Tracker and ensure it is kept up to date and accurate.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Business hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Pacific Standard Time
- Hybrid 23 days a month in the Costa Mesa office or as needed)
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelors Degree in Communications Marketing or Advertising or comparableexperience required.
- 3 years of account management experience required. 2 years include working in or with acreative or marketing agency.
- Minimum two years experience managing external vendor or partner relationships.
- Minimum three years project management experience with the ability to adapt toeverchanging priorities.
- Working knowledge of creating project schedules and task dependencies.
- Proficient in Google Docs and Microsoft Suite (Excel Word PPT).
- Knowledge of both digital and print production timelines and processes.
- Experience with Wrike or another PM platform.
- Must be selfmotivated proactive detailoriented extremely organized and a
collaborative team player. - Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.
- A keen eye for detail.

In support of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act the range of starting pay for this role is $68640.00/year. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set level of experience education certifications responsibility and geographic location.
