Job Description
Enjoy working outdoors and having a fantastic threeday weekend SW Window Cleaning serving Brockville and the surrounding area is hiring reliable fulltime Crew Members! Earn competitive wages starting at $20/hour (plus tips and bonuses) while providing essential residential exterior cleaning and home maintenance services that truly benefit our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing residential window cleaning services ensuring streakfree and sparkling results.
- Cleaning eavestroughs (gutters) effectively removing debris and ensuring proper water flow.
- Operating pressure washing equipment to clean various exterior surfaces such as siding driveways and patios.
- Setting up and working safely with ladders to access different areas of residential properties.
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring it is in good working order.
- Following established procedures and safety guidelines for each service.
- Interacting professionally and respectfully with clients onsite.
- Working effectively as part of a team to complete daily schedules.

Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders safely.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment (e.g. ladders pressure washers).
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
