A creative and enthusiastic Design & Technology Teacher with a focus on Resistant Materials is required to join an Outstanding Mixed school in Camden. Responsibilities
- Plan prepare and deliver engaging Design & Technology Teacher lessons focusing on Resistant Materials at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Develop students skills in design processes material manipulation and manufacturing techniques related to resistant materials.
- Assess and monitor student progress in Design & Technology providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning.
- Contribute to the development of the Design & Technology curriculum with a focus on Resistant Materials.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Design & Technology.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Design & Technology with a focus on Resistant Materials at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Strong practical skills in working with resistant materials and knowledge of relevant tools and machinery.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills capable of inspiring creativity and problemsolving in students.
