What Youll Be Doing
As an ECT in Physics your role will involve:

• Teaching Physics across Key Stages 3 and 4 ensuring students develop a passion for the subject and a deep understanding of key concepts.

• Planning and delivering engaging differentiated Physics lessons tailored to a wide range of abilities.

• Leading practical experiments that connect theory with realworld applications inspiring students in the field of Physics.

• Using assessment data to monitor student progress and raise attainment in Physics.

• Contributing to the development and evolution of the Physics curriculum working closely with other Science Teachers.

• Supporting extracurricular initiatives helping to foster a greater appreciation for Physics beyond the classroom.

What Were Looking For
We are seeking a Physics Teacher who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Physics or a closely related subject.

• Has some experience or strong understanding of teaching Physics to students aged 1116.

• Is confident in delivering highquality engaging Physics lessons that spark curiosity and deepen understanding.

• Is committed to continuous professional development and keen to grow as a Physics Teacher.

• Is passionate about Physics and eager to inspire students to pursue the subject further.

• Works well as part of a collaborative team and contributes positively to the schools ethos.
