Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop overseas markets for video conferencing and remote education solutions formulate and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets.
2. Establish and maintain strong client relationships delivering highquality sales services.
3. Analyze market demand and competitor activities developing effective marketing strategies.
4. Manage and train the sales team ensuring members meet performance requirements.
5. Participate in pricing strategy and sales policy development to enhance product competitiveness.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree or above preferably in Marketing International Trade or related fields.
2. Deep understanding of the video conferencing and remote education markets in Indonesia and surrounding Southeast Asian countries. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in video conferencing remote education or related industries. Prior sales experience with Poly Yealink or similar companies is a plus.
3. Strong English communication skills with fluency in business negotiations.
4. Excellent market analysis and marketing planning skills with the ability to independently develop sales strategies.
5. Strong team management and collaboration skills capable of leading a team to achieve sales goals.
