Assignment Overview

We are currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist on behalf of our client in Gothenburg. This assignment is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset deep recruitment expertise and the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders across global corporate functions.

You will be a key player in driving endtoend recruitment providing strategic support and ensuring delivery of toptier talent in a fastpaced international setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to hiring managers within global corporate functions.
  • Manage fullcycle recruitment processes: job intake sourcing screening interviewing and offer negotiations.
  • Ensure recruitment practices support diversity equity and inclusion goals.
  • Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines through direct search and networking.
  • Leverage recruitment analytics to evaluate performance and improve processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of fullcycle recruitment experience with at least 2 years in corporate or functional hiring.
  • Strong background in sourcing and headhunting especially for senior and hardtofill roles.
  • Experience working in international and matrixed organizations.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in recruitment systems and datadriven approaches.

  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple ongoing processes independently.
  • Commercially aware with a consultative and strategic approach.
  • Analytical proactive and solutionsfocused.
