Job Description
Be part of a fastgrowing IT center within a leading energy company. Join our team in Madrid to shape secure compliant and efficient access systems across Axpos SAP landscape and contribute to our digital transformation.
What you will do:
Collaborate with the SAP Security & Authorizations team to establish best practices for SAP S/4HANA HCM access governance
Implement and manage authorization concepts in SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and integrated systems
Design and maintain businessrolebased authorization models aligned with SoD and least privilege principles
Work with IT and HR to define and secure HCMspecific roles ensuring HRspecific controls
Support audits and ensure compliance with access management standards
Monitor access patterns and manage SAP authorizationrelated incidents
What you bring & who you are:
8 years of experience in SAP Authorizations ideally with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and HCM
Expertise in PFCG roles structural authorizations SoD and user provisioning
Familiarity with SAP IDM GRC SSO and modern authentication methods
Strong understanding of compliance standards like ISAE and SOX
Teamoriented and proactive with excellent communication and documentation skills
Fluent in English; German and/or Spanish are a plus
