Job Description

Position : HR SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday 8am 5pm EST
Pay Range : up to USD 1500 per month (The final offer is at the clients discretion and will be based on the candidates skills and years of experience.
Client recruitment process: possibly multiple interviews and an assessment
Duties and Responsibilities:
Human Resource Reporting and Support:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Help ensure company compliance with labor laws and regulations preparing necessary reports and documentation as needed
- Assist in maintaining HR software and systems ensuring data accuracy and system updates.
- Organize documentation and correspondence for audits and reviews
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Senior High School Diploma Required
- College degree or associate s degree in human resources or related field preferred
Experience:
- Prior experience in HR or compliancerelated roles preferred
- Familiarity with statespecific labor laws and minor work regulations is a plus
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word).
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
