Job Description
We are a Munichbased earlystage venture capital fund focused on B2B software.
We invest initial tickets of EUR 27M in fastgrowing Seed and Series A B2B software companies across Europe. We are known for our Allin commitment pre and especially postinvestment.
Besides our capital and network this includes our full attention and knowledge in the areas of sales PR & marketing and expansion strategies lets go Allin together
Tasks
This is your opportunity to join our investment team as a Visiting Analyst (Intern).
As a Visiting Analyst you will be part of ALSTIN Capitals team identifying the most promising B2B startup investment opportunities across Europe.
Together with our experienced and ambitious deal team you will be involved in all investment management processes: from initial sourcing of opportunities to exit. You will support the entire team in transactions within the portfolio and will have the opportunity to build your expertise and network in ALSTIN Capitals focus sectors.
Requirements
This opportunity is perfect for you if you:
- Have a selfstarter attitude with exceptional organisational skills and are happy to work independently.
- Enjoy & seek a steep learning curve within several industries and business models.
- (Obviously)are a great team player with a humble mindset.
- Are a strong communicator and enjoy working collaboratively with others.
- Enjoy crunching numbers in data rooms as well as networking on events.
- Are passionate about startups venture capital and the latest tech developments.
Your background includes:
- Full professional proficiency in English and German.
- Outstanding academic records AND/OR first experience in fastpaced/entrepreneurial environments.
- Engagement in the startup community is a plus.

- A structured Visiting Analyst program including onboarding and development feedback sessions that prepare you for a career in VC / tech.
- Our team is based in Munich Germany.
- Start: Q2 2025. We aim to fill this position as soon as possible. Based on applicant availability we may also use this recruiting process to fill an additional position starting in Summer 2025.
- Fulltime opportunity for 6 months.
