You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Account Executive is responsible for acquiring new customers and driving sales growth for Teledata ICT s internet and connectivity services. This role involves identifying prospects qualifying leads presenting service offerings and closing deals. Depending on skills and experience successful candidates may be assigned to either the Business (B2B) or Residential sales segment.
Acquire new customers for Teledata ICT s internet and connectivity services
For B2B assignments:
Identify qualify and engage businesses MDUs hotels SMEs and enterprise customers
Conduct discovery meetings with decisionmakers (e.g. IT managers procurement heads business owners)
Customize proposals and solutions based on business needs and technical requirements
Contribute to tender responses formal quotations and contract negotiations
For Residential assignments:
Prospect and engage individual customers through doortodoor visits community outreach and referrals
Present available internet packages clearly and help customers choose the best fit
Guide customers through the signup process and coordinate with support teams for activation
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of leads deals and activities in the CRM (Splynx)
Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to ensure a smooth sales journey
Collaborate with internal teams (technical customer service billing) to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Stay informed about industry trends competitors and evolving customer needs
Attend internal sales meetings and contribute feedback on products pricing and process improvements
Represent Teledata ICT professionally in the field on calls and during online engagements
