We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Sandy Springs GA. The ideal candidate will support our client accounts ensuring seamless communication and service delivery while building strong business relationships.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Prepare and deliver accurate proposals and quotations
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of products and services
Collaborate with internal departments to meet client expectations
Resolve any client issues with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
Support senior representatives and contribute to team goals
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field (or equivalent experience)
1-2 years of experience in customer service sales support or account management preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
