Job Description
The HSE manager will be on site full time to guarantee at least 70 for site supervision and 30 for HSE documentation management.
70 Site mission:
- Field observations and reporting of hazardous situations
- Approval of work permits
- Risk analysis
- Assistance and supervision of critical site operations
- Conduct of safety training sessions
- Workplace inspections
- Supervise activities in ATEX zones.
30 HSE documentation management:
- Put in place the HSES safety organization
- Update of HSES plan
- Ensure the respect of HSES regulations
- Aware of the local regulation
- HSES Preparation and check of the contractors and company supervisors working activities as per safety requirements
- Check the HSES compliance of work method of statement and tools
- Perform JHA and SIMOPS
- Ensure the implementation of the safe work permit system
- Lead Weekly HSES meeting
- Correct safety deviations
- Promote good safety practices

Requirements
- Proven experience as HSE Manager on Construction sites within Oil & Gas Construction or Petrochemical Industries.
- English and Dutch speaking
- At least HVK qualification with orientation on the field
