A rapidly expanding building materials partner is hiring a Preferred Accounts Manager to own strategic relationships and drive net new and account growth initiatives in the Miami territory. You ll blend deep technical expertise in commercial roofing systems with savvy go to market tactics to establish us as an industry leader and trusted advisor for key accounts. Own the Full Account Lifecycle: From prospecting new Preferred Accounts to growing existing relationships you ll manage every step toward revenue growth.
Develop & Execute Territory Plans: Craft and implement go to market strategies tailored to regional commercial roofing and construction stakeholders.
Build Multi Level Relationships: Engage C suite procurement and project leads to deepen partnerships and secure preferred status.
Collaborate for Success: Partner cross functionally with sales product marketing and technical teams to deliver customized value propositions.
Drive Competitive Positioning: Leverage product competitor and market insights to position our solutions as the clear choice.
Education: Bachelor s or advanced degree.
Industry Experience: 5 7 years in roofing/construction or related building envelope systems roles.
Sales Track Record: 3 5 years in business development or national account sales within commercial roofing construction or industrial markets.
Technical Acumen: Ability to analyze product lines competitor offerings and bidding processes.
Communication & Negotiation: Proven skill in problem resolution candid dialogue and closing complex multi influencer deals.
Physical Requirements: Comfortable climbing ladders/rooftops lifting 50 lbs and extensive walking on job sites.
Location & Travel: Must reside in Miami FL area; willingness to travel up to 50 within territory.
