and accounting functions specific to the firms operations supply administrative support to the finance manager by
performing clerical tasks such as filing handling mail making phone calls replying to emails and basic bookkeeping.
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the firm s goals.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisionmaking.
Lead budgeting forecasting and financial reporting including project profitability and cost tracking.
Oversee client billing receivables and collections in collaboration with project teams.
Manage cash flow working capital and treasury functions to ensure financial stability.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS) tax regulations and internal controls.
Supervise payroll and all financerelated operations including financial statements management reports and budget controls.
Improve financial systems and processes for operational efficiency.
Manage relationships with auditors banks and regulatory bodies (FIRS LIRS NSITF etc..
Lead mentor and develop the finance team fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
A first degree in Finance or Economics Accounting Business or Business Administration Mathematics or numerate
discipline.
Strong understanding of accounting principles financial reporting and financial analysis.
A minimum of 3 (three) years work experience
Possession of relevant professional certification (ICAN/ACA / ACCA / ACMA /CFA) will be An added advantage.
Proficient in using QuickBooks Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel.
