This officebased sales advisor assists our customers and partner network in determining SEAI Retrofit grant eligibility. Once the proposal is presented to the client its the responsibility of the Sales Advisor to discuss the proposal with the homeowner guiding them on pricing project timelines and recommending home energy upgrade measures with the best value and clients ROI in mind.
Following this stage clear communication and strong attention to detail is key in collaborating with the Analytics Design and Documentation teams when formulating a plan for starting and project managing these upgrades.
This position requires a demonstrated understanding of Building Energy Ratings BER and ideally the various SEAI grant schemes.
Comprehensive SEAI grants scheme training will be provided.
Working under the One Stop Shop scheme Community Energy Grants CEG Better Energy Homes BEH Vacant & Derelict and other schemes available you will be advising homeowners and professionals on these projects using the information prepared by the sales administration teams.
The ideal candidate will be a selfmotivator confident and personable with demonstrable sales expertise.

Following the successful launch of our Home Energy Upgrade division in 2021 bolstered by over 20 years of experience delivering cost and energy savings to clients nationwide we are delighted to have delivered >15 of the SEAI s One Stop Shop and CEG projects in 2024.
These have been a mixture of shallow renovations and deep retrofit projects with increased targets for 2025.
Description of Responsibilities;
Build relationships with prospective customers through inbound leads events and referrals.
Conduct virtual consultations to assess home energy needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Develop a deep understanding through our training of energy upgrade products and services including financing and government incentives.
Meet or exceed sales targets by delivering compelling sales presentations and guiding customers through the decisionmaking process.
Proven experience in sales preferably in energy home improvement or a related industry
Understanding of energy efficiency products (solar insulation and heat pumps or a willingness to learn)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and compelling manner
Customercentric approach with strong problemsolving abilities
Familiarity with CRM tools to track leads and sales activities
