Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a dynamic and selfmotivated Business Development Partner who will manage the entire recruitment cycle from the first contact with the client to job placement. This is a fully commissionbased opportunity with a remote and flexible working model. The ideal candidate will confidently represent our brand and build trusted longterm partnerships with clients under the umbrella of a corporate and professional recruitment company.
What You Will Do:
- Establish first contact with potential clients and introduce our services
- Understand client needs provide tailored recruitment solutions and prepare proposals
- Manage contract negotiations and secure client agreements
- Work on active job roles source qualified candidates and manage the entire placement process
- Represent Workforce Global with a professional and corporate attitude
