Job Description
We re looking for a Performance Marketing Expert who knows how to turn clicks into conversions. Someone who understands both the art and the algorithm who can manage campaigns optimize funnels and generate quality leads for both B2B (employers) and B2C (candidates) across global markets.
You ll lead paid marketing efforts across Meta Google LinkedIn and Quora own the strategy and endtoend and work closely with leadership to scale our international reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Google Ads LinkedIn and Quora
- Generate highquality B2B and B2C leads and drive application conversions globally.
- Own the full funnel: ad strategy copy creatives landing pages A/B testing retargeting and email automation.
- Set up campaign tracking and reporting using Zoho CRM Zoho Social and analytics tools
- Collaborate with design/content team for 20 of assets; create remaining creatives using Canva or ad platforms.
- Scale campaigns based on data CPL CAC ROAS Conversion Rate
- Report weekly performance test hypotheses and double down on what works
Requirements
- 3 5 years of proven experience in performance marketing
- Expertise in Meta Business Suite Google Ads LinkedIn Campaign Manager Quora Ads
- Strong grasp of B2C lead gen funnels and B2B pipeline marketing
- Familiar with tools like Google Analytics Zoho CRM Unbounce or Instapage
- Experience optimizing landing pages and conversion journeys
- Comfort working in fastpaced highgrowth startup environments
- Ability to manage budgets test multiple creatives and pivot fast
- Bonus: Experience in recruitment edtech or international hiring will be a huge plus.
