Job Description
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation and customization of Zoho One applications including CRM Projects Analytics and more.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support the integration of Zoho One with other platforms such as Microsoft PowerApps and OneDrive.
Participate in the development of workflows automation and dashboards to enhance system functionality.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with Zoho One features and best practice
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology Business Information Systems or a related field.
Possession of a Microsoft certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals) or actively working towards one.
Demonstrated interest in learning and developing expertise in Zoho One applications.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
Familiarity with Zoho One applications or other CRM platforms.
Basic understanding of Deluge scripting language.
Experience with data analytics and dashboard creation.
Mentorship from experienced professionals in the field.
Access to Zohos training and certification resources such as Zoho Spark.
