Responsibilities:
- Responding to Benefit related questions may need to search multiple systems to research answers.
- Delivers accurate and timely welfare benefits administrative support to internal/external stakeholders including employees managers HR community and thirdparty vendors ensuring adherence to Total Rewards procedures and processes and compliance with all benefitsrelated policy and procedures.
- Includes maintenance of benefits related systems and delivery of information (i.e. for new hires transfers and exiting employees).
- Counsel employees/HR and administer US leaves and accommodations (disability FML ADA etc. with thirdparty vendor.
- Review/reconcile invoices from all vendors and submit for payment. Audit and fund biweekly deductions for FSA HSA DFSA pet/home/auto insurance.
- Review and correct employee pay slip simulations weekly (on/off cycle payrolls).
- Utilize the HelloHR system to track and assist employees managers and HRBPs by responding timely with accurate information or directing applicable resources.
- With regular cadence: 1 Facilitate meetings with HRBPs; 2 Conduct benefits onboarding meetings for new hires; and 3 Meet with thirdparty vendors to optimize utilization and ensure proper administration.
- Provides input and ideas to improve transactional and administrative process efficiencies.
- Assumes ownership for performance against objectives for areas of responsibility.
- Interacts and works closely with HRBPs on concerns that relate to but are not limited to leave/PTO/benefits/COBRA/policies.
Requirements:
- 35 years of experience with Benefit Administration.
- Degree preferred but not required.
- Must be very proficient with Excel.
- Will be funding certain accounts HSA FSA fundings.
- Administering Benefits experience is most important.
- Auditing payroll deductions.
