Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Human Resource Generalist to join our team in Harrisburg United States. As a key member of our HR department you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring smooth daytoday operations.
- Manage employee relations including addressing concerns conducting investigations and recommending appropriate actions
- Administer benefits programs including enrollment changes and educating employees on available options
- Assist in the fullcycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records in the HRIS
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state regulations
- Conduct new employee orientations and coordinate training programs
- Assist with performance management processes including annual reviews and goalsetting
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HRrelated matters
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely compensation
- Collaborate with other departments to promote a positive work environment and company culture
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 35 years of experience in HR generalist roles
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Indepth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Understanding of HR best practices and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
