Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detailoriented Entry Level Account Manager to join our team in Grand Rapids MI. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients managing accounts and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with excellent organizational skills and a passion for client success.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining longterm relationships
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project goals and client expectations are met
Prepare reports and updates regarding client activity and account progress
Support the senior account team with administrative and operational tasks
Resolve client issues promptly and professionally
Identify potential upsell opportunities and contribute to client growth
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong problemsolving mindset and attention to detail
