We are currently seeking a detailoriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the consistency of our internal and external communication efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized possesses excellent writing and editing skills and can manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
Draft proofread and edit communications materials including newsletters memos press releases and reports
Coordinate communication strategies to align with company goals and branding
Support internal communications initiatives and company announcements
Assist in the planning and of events presentations and meetings
Ensure all content maintains brand tone clarity and accuracy
Track communication campaign metrics and provide performance reports
Liaise with various departments to gather accurate and timely information
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or related field
13 years of experience in a communications or content development role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with basic content formatting tools
Experience in corporate communication settings is preferred
