Job Description
O Coordenador de Compliance de Projetos trabalhar em conjunto com vrios stakeholders incluindo mas no se limitando a Gerentes de Projetos Gerentes de Custos Diretores de Unidades de Negcios Finanas Business Generation e RH.
As responsabilidades deste cargo envolvem gerenciar vrios projetos simultaneamente e apoiar os Diretores de Centros de Custo na entrega de uma variedade de projetos de negcios e conformidade especficos para sua localizao e centro de custo. O candidato ideal deve ser capaz de produzir trabalho de forma independente colaborar efetivamente e ter experincia em entregar como consultor em um ambiente dinmico.
Qualifications :
- Experincia na indstria da construo e/ou experincia em coordenao de projetos.
- Experincia relevante em Coordenao de Compliance de Projetos ou Controle de Documentos.
- Compreenso geral dos processos de gesto empresarial como Procure to Pay Gesto de Contratos KPI e Gesto de Desempenho lidando com portais como Ariba Coupa etc.
- Proficiente no Pacote Office (Outlook Word e Excel) experincia em SharePoint e D365 desejvel.
- Experincia em gerenciar e inserir informaes em um banco de dados compartilhado.
- Capacidade de resolver problemas e gerenciar expectativas de clientes internos e externos.
- Paixo e entusiasmo por trabalhar em um ambiente colaborativo e dinmico.
- Conscincia comercial capacidade de reconhecer oportunidades de otimizao e eficincia de negcios.
- Bilngue Portugus/Ingls
