Java Developer
Location: Mumbai Only preferable

Job Overview:
WEQ Technologies is seeking a skilled Java Developer with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Core Java Spring Framework and Hibernate with experience in building and deploying web applications. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain highperformance web applications using Java (Core Java JSP Hibernate and Spring Framework).
Write clean efficient and scalable code following best coding practices.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend components.
Manage serverside deployment preferably on AWS servers.
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Debug test and resolve issues to improve application performance and user experience.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including designers product managers and other developers to deliver quality products on time.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Core Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred).
Experience with Hibernate JSP and RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with SQL databases (MySQL PostgreSQL).
Handson experience with server deployment on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
Good understanding of objectoriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues effectively.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with microservices architecture.
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React Angular) is a plus.
