This recruitment and selection process is restricted to employees of the SergeantatArms and Corporate Security Office.
About the Role:
In this role you will lead the development of consistent and effective security strategies that focus on providing service excellence to the House of Commons Administration Members of Parliament and their staff as well as the parliamentary partners. In your role as manager you will identify the corporate security priorities and ensure the team is equipped to continue advancing and improving the practices at the House of Commons. As a parliamentary partner you will collaborate and provide subject matter expertise in risk management investigations and House Chamber security. Reporting to the Chief of Operations Corporate Security you will be an important link between strategy and daytoday . Your leadership will play a key role in shaping a culture of security excellence while ensuring that strategic priorities are put in place to protect the integrity and operations of the House of Commons.
