Job Description

Support for R&D PPP activities as:

  • Support in monthly reports
  • Update of project information
  • Creation of databases
  • Support  in changes and observations
  • Support in collecting signatures for letters
  • Gather invoices review tax data and requirements
  • Collect supporting documentation for expenses (xml proof of payment SAT validation clearings PO import request etc).
  • Support in equipment inventory
  • Labeling of equipment related to PPP projects
  • Photograph and location of the equipment related to PPP projects
  • Collection of indicator documentation
  • Physical and digital files of the projects

Qualifications :

  • Academic:
    • Active engineering student: Industrial systems or related.
  • Skills:
    • English Intermediate
    • Microsoft Office
    • Problem solving
    • Quality orientation
    • Delivering results
    • Commitment
