Job Description
Support for R&D PPP activities as:
- Support in monthly reports
- Update of project information
- Creation of databases
- Support in changes and observations
- Support in collecting signatures for letters
- Gather invoices review tax data and requirements
- Collect supporting documentation for expenses (xml proof of payment SAT validation clearings PO import request etc).
- Support in equipment inventory
- Labeling of equipment related to PPP projects
- Photograph and location of the equipment related to PPP projects
- Collection of indicator documentation
- Physical and digital files of the projects
Qualifications :
- Academic:
- Active engineering student: Industrial systems or related.
- Skills:
- English Intermediate
- Microsoft Office
- Problem solving
- Quality orientation
- Delivering results
- Commitment
