Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detailoriented Architect with 2 3 years of experience in residential projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of design software (AutoCAD Rev it) exceptional communication skills and the ability to oversee projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural plans and detailed drawings for projects.
Apply knowledge of materials construction methods and structural engineering principles to design sustainable and compliant structures.
Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle planning design and construction.
Coordinate with clients engineers and contractors to align project goals schedules and budgets.
Make onsite decisions and adjustments to designs as needed to maintain functionality and aesthetics.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Architecture.
2 3 years of experience in architectural design especially in residential projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong organizational communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English and Kannada (mandatory).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
