We are looking for a proactive organised and detailoriented intern to join our Group Talent team and more specifically to assist the two HR Managers for the Group staff. The group staff is based in more than 20 different Countries and the coordination of the HR activities requires a continuous liaison with the local HR teams. You will provide administrative support gaining experience in a fastpaced learningfocused environment.
Key Responsibilities
International Talent Acquisition
You will participate in the recruitment of the Group staff (support functions and IT functions)
- Identifying potential candidates through various channels
- Reviewing resumes and cover letters
- Scheduling and organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Coordinating with local HR and other departments for onboarding
- Maintain the ATS up to date (LinkedIn SmartRecruiters)
- Draft new employees announcements
Performance Review and Salary review
You will observe the entire annual performance review process including objectives setting yearend performance evaluations and annual salary review
- Ensuring all employees complete their Review before the deadline and send reminders if necessary.
- Be goto person for performance management system related questions from employees
- Proactively monitor completion of performance reviews to avoid delays
- Prepare performance review reporting and statistics as required
- Participate in salary review process.
- Coordinating with various Countries to implement the salary review for Group staff.
- Drafting salary review letters for all Group staff.
HR Administration & Policies
- Review and update of HR policies including ISO27001 People controls
- Review and update of organizational charts
- Support in preparation coordination or consolidation of human resources related reports projects or initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Enrolled Master 1 or Master 2 student with specialization in HR possibly having a first experience in a HR administrative role
- Ability to find innovative solutions and adapt to various situations.
- Comfort with change and flexibility in responding to dynamic work environments.
- Integrity and reliability in handling sensitive information.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues across different countries.
- Highly organized with a keen focus on details.
- Capability to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision.
- Proficiency in identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
- Comfortable with digital tools particularly Word and Excel and adept at data manipulation.
- Experience working in an international context and bilingual proficiency in English.

The internship is for a duration of 6 months starting in September 25. The location is Levallois Perret.
